Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: 14 May 2026

We would rather earn your trust than keep your money. This policy sets out exactly when fees paid to Lexington Language Hub Sdn. Bhd. are refundable and how to claim.

1. The seven-day cooling-off period

If you cancel within seven calendar days of payment and before attending your second paid lesson, you receive a full refund, no questions asked. The free trial lesson does not count as a paid lesson.

2. Group courses after cooling-off

Once a group course has started and the cooling-off window has passed, fees for that course block are non-refundable, because your place was held in a group capped at six. If a documented medical or family emergency forces you to stop, we will credit the unused portion toward a future course for up to twelve months — we think that is fairer than a flat "no".

3. 1-on-1 Prime lesson blocks

Unused lessons in a Prime block are refundable at any time within their six-month validity, minus lessons already taken at the standard single-lesson rate and any payment-processor charges. Alternatively, unused lessons can be transferred to a family member or colleague at no cost.

4. If we cancel

If we cancel a course, cannot form a group at your level within three weeks of your start date, or permanently change your class schedule after enrolment, you choose between a full refund of the affected fees or a transfer to another course with any price difference settled fairly.

5. Materials and certificates

Printed materials, once collected, are yours and are not returnable; their cost (listed on your invoice) is deducted from any refund. Certificate reprints cost RM 30 and are not refundable.

6. How to claim

Email [email protected] with your name, course, payment reference and reason. We acknowledge within two working days and pay approved refunds within fourteen days to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 of Malaysia.
