These terms form the agreement between you and Lexington Language Hub Sdn. Bhd. (Business Reg. No. 202201038164 (1478920-K)) whenever you use lawnhub.pro or enrol in a course. By booking a lesson you accept them. They are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
1. Enrolment and placement
Every new student begins with a free trial lesson and level assessment. Course placement follows that assessment; we may decline enrolment where we genuinely believe a course will not serve the student. Places in group courses are confirmed only on receipt of payment.
2. Fees and payment
Course fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and payable before the course or lesson block begins. We accept bank transfer, major cards and common Malaysian e-wallets. Fees include materials unless a course description says otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Scheduling and attendance
Group lessons run to a published timetable and are not rescheduled for individual absences; recordings are provided instead. 1-on-1 Prime lessons may be rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours notice; later cancellations forfeit the lesson except in documented emergencies. Arriving more than twenty minutes late to a private lesson counts as a cancellation.
4. Recordings and materials
Class recordings and course materials are provided for personal study only. They remain our property, must not be shared outside the class group or published anywhere, and access ends twelve months after the course finishes. Certificates are issued to students who complete their course and settle all fees.
5. Conduct
We keep classes small and friendly, and we protect that. We may suspend, without refund of the affected lessons, any student who harasses tutors or classmates, repeatedly disrupts lessons, or records classes independently without consent. For Young Learners, we will always contact parents before any such step.
6. Our responsibilities and limits
We commit to qualified tutors, the published class sizes and honest progress reporting. We cannot guarantee a specific exam score or outcome, since results depend on attendance and practice. Our total liability for any claim connected with a course is limited to the fees paid for that course; nothing in these terms limits liability that Malaysian law does not allow to be limited.
7. Website use
Content on lawnhub.pro is provided for general information and may change without notice. You may not scrape the site, misuse the contact form, or attempt to breach its security. All text, branding and imagery belong to us or our licensors.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from its "last updated" date; students partway through a course stay on the version they enrolled under until that course ends.
9. Contact and disputes
Questions and complaints go first to [email protected] — most are resolved within days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
